If you've never tried Haidilao, I suggest you do so right now. I have eaten there twice now and been thoroughly impressed. From the cushioned seats to the party-like ambience, from the seedless grapes to the ice-cream, from the free manicure service while you wait to the mentos sweets, everything is catered to be an out-of-this-world, gastronomic experience you simply cannot find anywhere else.
The service is over-exuberant; the food quality is good and refined; and the price is good but not over-exorbitant. Plus you got free 'circus' shows of smiling waiters twisting noodles in fancy fashion while being entertained about it all.
All in all, I am definitely not surprised that the Haidilao boss is the richest man in Singapore. 'Nuff said.
