I admit I did laugh abit when I saw Russell Westbrook's comment that Patrick Beverley just "runs around a lot doing nothing" lol... we know there is some clear beef between the two of them... and it's not surprising considering Beverley probably has some beef against everyone lol... and Westbrook isn't exactly the type to take things lying down...
Anyway; in a way I can see what Westbrook means: sometimes it SEEMS that Beverley is running around like a mad dog doing nothing in substantial; but frankly when you analyze it more deeply; nothing could be further from the truth: that man is clearly one of the best defensive players in the NBA; the one nobody wants to face; and he may be the hardest-working, most intense player ever in the NBA. He basically epitomises the defensive-oriented Clippers; even though he's the smallest guy on the floor; he's everywhere in your face; taking charges against much bigger opponents; hustling for offensive rebounds and basically being just EVERYWHERE. Non-stop in-your-face intensity. U gotta love it.
