In 2011; the Los Angeles Clippers signed Chris Paul; a move that sent shock-waves through the NBA. With him came the herald of 'Lob City'; a talented team that could compete for the championship that comprised of Paul at point guard; JJ Redick at shooting guard; Matt Barnes at small forward; Blake Griffin at power forward; and DeAndre Jordan at center. This team was young and talented; designed to thrill & excite; and serve highlight reels of alley-oops from Paul to big men Griffin & Jordan. However; they never quite fulfilled their promise and sooner or later; the demise and split of Lob City came to fruition. It was recently surfaced that while they had all the talent in the world; they could never quite integrate and 'cohise' into a winning unit. There were egos in the way and petty, immature stuff at 'Donald Trump-level' lol. Now that sounds like something serious.
