Nice Move

Reports are out that Morgan Schneiderlin is on his way from Everton to French Ligue 1 outfit Nice. The reported 2mil Euro fee is a far cry from the 20mil pound outlay Everton paid Manchester United when they acquired him in 2017; but now it seems that this move would be the best for all parties.

I must say I had high hopes when he first came to Goodison Park; he was really a big star and I thought he was really going to set the world alight. However; after 88 appearance and 1 goal for Everton; it must be said that he has not had the best of times at Everton. There was even a tumultuous period midway during Ronald Koeman's reign when he was inexplicably in the starting line-up week after week; only to turn in dead-legged; pedestrian performances almost every time; drawing huge ire from fans & pundits alike.
