Orange County

It is quite interesting to hear the story of Jason Orange; former member of Take That. It seems he has gotten 'sick' of the music life and is now retreating into the country-side to live 'the simple life'. I guess some people just love it; and some people just get enough of it; if you know what I mean.

While his ex-band mates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen & Howard Donald are gearing up again and having a 'resurgence' in the music industry; Orange is going the other way and disappearing from all things Take That. In fact; he is not even contactable by his band-mates and Barlow joked about having to 'engage a private investigator' to track his former band-mate's whereabouts.

It seems to me that he has just about had enough of this mad; whirlwind lifestyle; being harangued by thousands of fans and being watched everywhere you go; and just about wants to live a 'normal life'. There are some reports that he felt 'inadequate' in the band; how he is not the greatest singer/musician; and even blaming his ex-manager for putting him in the band in the first place. His primary skill is in dancing; after all. I guess that feeling of isolation and inadequacy can happen.
