Liverpool have completed one of the statement signings of the season; the brilliant Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara; who I think is one of the best midfielders in the world and one of the key reasons why Bayern are the reigning Bundesliga & UEFA Champions League champions.
A midfield mastermind with the best of them; Thiago recorded the highest number of passes in the entire Bundesliga; and will be a key addition to the Liverpool set-up. The only thing will be who does he replace in the Liverpool midfield. I don't think captain Jordan Henderson is droppable; and Fabinho likely will retain his place; so it seems likely that Georginio Wijnaldum will have to make way.
Here's really looking forward to seeing this masterful player in the Premiership...
