The Minnesota Lynx have been the top team in the WNBA this season; and a big part of it is surprisingly not Napheesa Collier but a rookie by the name of Olivia Miles. Drafted 2nd in the draft, she was not expected to make an immediate impact but that's exactly what she did; coming in to rule the point and torpedoing the Lynx to the forefront of the league faster than anyone could have predicted.
An introvert off the court; she has been nothing short of extroverted on it; with a style of play that resembles more a Playoff veteran than a wild-haired newbie. Her maturity beyond her years shines through on the court; as she seems to visualise what is gonna happen before it actually does; thus putting her in the right mental & physical state of execution.
Suffice to say; if you thought Caitlin Clark is the only new kid on the block; you could be very wrong indeed
