Just love the classic 'The Power Of Love' that I heard over my car iPod today. I've got three different versions of it on my iPod - by Air Supply, Celine Dion and Jennifer Rush. They're all good, but I think my personal favourite is the one by Rush. I believe it is the original version, so maybe that's what gives it the 'X' factor. Or it could be that Rush's vocals are so unpretentious, charming and soulful that it just suits this song perfectly.
By the way, I heard that brilliantly catchy song 'I've Been Waiting For You' by Guys Next Door over the radio 88.3F M that day. That song was, I believe, back in around 1991. Guys Next Door started off as a TV show and then progressed into the music scene, and that song is one I always remember for its super-catchy melody. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it anywhere for downloading - not even on iTunes! Could it be that it's really so hard to find?! So anyone who knows of it out there, do drop me a buzz yah?
