I read with interest the recent problems faced at the Neon Lights music festival... seems the audience had to wait about 2 hours for the entrance; causing some to miss the acts of the Electronic Dance heavyweights. Seems there was some technical glitch affecting the scanning causing huge delays at the queue. And things were made worse when no communication was put through to the queuing hordes. The food and drink queues seemed to be super-long as well. And things were certainly not helped when American sensation Halsey actually pulled out prior to the festival; causing some consternation and refund requests as well.
Better news was a guest who remarked she felt superb and living the dream when seeing Mumford & Sons 'live' for the first time... and the great lyrics and banjo 'coming to life' lol... also glad that the festival seemed to resolve its issues on the second day...
