Watching the Backstreet Boys at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Wednesday night only served to confirm Something That I Already Know - the Backstreet Boys are the greatest boy-band ever...
It could be their charisma, their singing quality, their dancing; but basically it's still the SONGS... they have got the best songs ever... with a litany of hits that they proudly displayed in full voice. It was the loudest concert I have ever been to... in terms of both sound and the crowd... you felt more like you were in a disco with thumping speakers... and 10,000 fans screaming their lungs out is something everyone should experience some time. After coming out, you had that 'ears ringing' experience if you know what I mean...
I'm glad they performed some of my favourites like 'More Than That' and the under-rated 'Don't Want To Lose You Now'... and even though they omitted 'I Still...', 'This Is Us' and other excellent hits from their 'Show Them What You're Made Of'' album; it was still an exciting, energy-packed concert all-round...
