With the coronavirus currently on everyone's minds; some of the big movies coming up have been postponed; one of which is the very-aptly titled James Bond flick - 'No Time To Die'. I can fully understand it of course; with movie theatres around the world now shutting and thus badly affecting gate receipts and attendance. Other big shows such as Mulan and Fast & Furious 9 have also hit the can in that sense.
And sports competitions all round the world have been affected; from the English Premier League (EPL) to La Liga, Ligue Un, Champions League and Singapore Premier League to the National Basketball Asosciation (NBA); NCAA March Madness; golf tournaments and the ATP/WTA tennis tournaments as well. Also in the balance is the big Euro 2020 tournament in June and of course the Olympics as well.
But it's all in the right spirit; with the current climate going on; health and safety takes precedence over everything else. And that's the way it always should be.
