There are admittedly mixed reviews for the Brazilian international; with some citing his 35 years of age as a concern and potentially high wages; while those in the 'for' camp claim it would be a big-name signing and someone who could potentially take Everton 'past the threshold' into greatness. Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti could again be the influential factor here; as he has worked with Silva before at PSG and has a good relationship with him.
