Juvenile Justice is one of the latest K-Drama to take on the airwaves. It tells about the trials and tribulations of the youth society in South Korea; the various crimes and hijinks they get involved in; the circumstances that got them there; and how the law may be changing to evolve with the times.
Like many prominent K-dramas such as Voice, Signal & Law School; this series is very dependent on the main actress; and veteran Kim Hye Soo delivers a stunning performance as the main judge protagonist; reminiscent of her turn in Signal.
The good thing about K-dramas is the way the plot twists and turns; and keeps you guessing for every episode; and this series relies on the same tried-and-tested formula. The acting is also helped by some impressive displays from the youngsters; and the plot is believable and gritty enough to carry it through,
