The latest Thor: Love & Thunder is a winner. Fuelled with a Guns N' Roses soundtrack; a light-hearted plot and some memorable scenes; it is a sure-fire hit that leaves you wanting the sequel.
It is helped by some excellent performances from the cast: a rejuvenated Chris Hemsworth; convincing Natalie Portman as the new Mighty Thor; Christian Bale is in his usual excellence as villain Gorr; and even Russell Crowe as the God Zeus. Heck it even features the previous Guardians of the Galaxy in a convincing cameo.
The movie shows Thor in a slightly more human and vulnerable side; including the love interest with Portman; but my favorite scene of the show is when the children assume Thor powers to battle the baddies in a suitably hilarious scene.
