Everton would be rather happy with this result. Leeds are on form and Elland Road is never an easy place to play. They competed well and showed appetite for the struggle; with their man-of-the-moment Anthony Gordon again providing the spark with the opening goal; similar to how he scored at Brentford in the previous game.
Just like that game; Everton dug deep to withstand the Leeds onslaught; and again they conceded early in the second half through Sinisterra's long-range shot which I thought Jordan Pickford might have done better. The Toffees were however equal to the task; with Alex Iwobi showing consistency in central midfield and the new center-back pairing of Conor Coady & James Tarkowski looking a solid unit. They might even have snatched the win late on if Nathan Patterson had chosen to shoot wide instead of at the 'keeper. At the end of the day; both sides would probably be happy with the point.
