What makes Untold: Malice At the Palace stand out is that it doesn't just focus on the occasion; it goes right back to how the players started out; such as Jermaine O'Neal; who endured a tough childhood and journey to the NBA. It then touches on the intense rivalry at that time between the Pacers; regarded as the best team in the NBA; and the Pistons; the defending champions who seemed unbeatable at that time.
What I also like about the documentary is its graphic attention to detail; multiple camera angles covered the occasion; and it even goes to show who started the stands riot in the first pace; a beer-throwing fan that hit Artest that sparked the all-out frenzy. These aspects are what make the documentary one of the best you will ever watch.
