I must say I've got a soft spot for sequels... there's just something about bringing back the old, nostalgic that brings out the emotions in me... nothing quite like re-creating the old times, reminiscing the yester-years...
So I'm rather happy to see that the age of the Sequel seems to be coming in vogue... witness The Terminator (with a rather-old Linda Hamilton and a cameo by Arnold Schwarzenegger); Rambo: Last Blood (with a 73-year old Sylvester Stallone); and of course the inimitable John Wick in his all-conquering trilogy... but my favourite tri-quel of all-time has got to be the Taken series... seeing Liam Neeson in full-out, all-blasting mode is just something to behold...
Heck even the Beverly Hills 90210 and Friends series are getting something of a re-boot... with the original characters some more... superb
