Sad news came in recently on the passing of Nobby Stiles; the latest of England 1966 World Cup heroes to have passed away; due to illness. Stiles was a legendary defensive midfielder for both England & Manchester United; and his name is forever immortalized in the England World Cup song 'Three Lions'; a song so good they re-played it not once; but twice; in 1996; 1998 and again in 2010; with the lyric 'And Nobby Dancing'... with the video showing the moment of Stiles dancing in the post-match celebration on the Wembley pitch; holding the World Cup up triumphantly. He was a key member of that victorious English World Cup team; playing in every single minute of that tournament.
